  2. distributed as-is as long as no fee is charged beyond a small shipping or

  5. You may use WINbye at no cost for 30 days. After that time you must pay for it. 
  6. Registration is US $10.00.

  8. Registration entitles the use of one copy of WINbye 16 and one copy of WINbye
  9. 32 on the same computer or network. It also gives you a User Registration Code
  10. that disables the irritating shareware nag screen.
